Tomoe 2011

I decided that the Rudra cast needed an update. Here I drew Tomoe with what I consider her most streamlined design yet. I'm not sure how I feel about the perspective on this one, but I spent so much time redrawing things that I just had to settle at some point. I think I need to work on knees.
